First, a couple of preliminary things to be done:
Number one was to install the drain grommets on the wing and burn open the
holes.
Second, I was unhappy with the sag where the leading edge wrap was pieced together - which I didn't notice until the wing was covered. I went into the wing through an inspection hole I'd installed earlier (knowing I'd want to fix this) and added some small angle to brace up the sag and flatten the wing at that point.
While I was taking pictures I shoved the camera inside the wing and snapped a shot. This is what the inside of a Polyfiber covered wing looks like.
Back to painting. The fuselage, flaps, and ailerons in silver. PolySpray is paint with ground up aluminum in it to block ultraviolet light from getting to the cloth. It also acts as a sandable base for the color coats.
The fuselage wearing its silvery coat, sanded and sprayed again with PolySpray, and ready for color. It's really starting to look like something, now.
